The number of people who are registered to Guided Tours By Isabelle 7 days before the start of the tour is the number that will be invoiced.
The tour costs are paid prior to the tour on the basis of an invoice through bank NL19 INGB000 1057269. The amount must be on to this bank account before the start of the tour.
If timely payment is not made, the customer is in default.
Cancel
The customer can cancel the tour free of charge up to 7 working days before the start of the tour. Canceling must be done via email: info@guidedtoursbyisabelle.nl. If the customer cancels the tour afterwards, costs can be charged to the customer.
In the case of tailor-made programs, the organization costs must be paid by the customer if he cancels the tour. This also applies if the tour is canceled by the customer earlier than 7 working days before the start of the tour.
In case of calamities, such as bad weather, the tour can be canceled by Guided Tours By Isabelle. In that case, Guided Tours By Isabelle will always propose a suitable solution to the customer. If this is not possible, Guided Tours By Isabelle will refund the compensation paid by the customer.
Too late
The participants of the tour must be present at the agreed location at least 5 minutes before the start of the tour.
If one or more participants are late:
a. the late time of the tour duration can be deducted; or
b. the tour length remains the same length. In that case the overdue time can be charged because of additional guide hours;
c. the tour canl be canceled by Guided Tours By Isabelle, without refund to the customer.
Bike tours
Participation in a tour organized by Guided Tours By Isabelle is at your own risk.
Guided Tours By Isabelle is not liable for damage to persons or property created during the tour.
Responsibility for participation
Any complaints about tours organized by Guided Tours By Isabelle can be submitted in writing within 10 days of the tour via email info@guidedtoursbyisabelle.nl.
The filing of a complaint does not suspend the obligation to pay.
